The Open Road
Editor's Note:Jean LaCroix was a frequent contributor to the original VWWorld and submitted these photos taken one summer he spent out on the open road in his Westfalia. Jean had been traveling around Northern Maine enjoying the wonderful scenery. Below are the photos Jean sent, along with his commentary. This is what life with a Veedub is all about...enjoy!
My next trip in Maine will be on this coming Friday, a round trip to Greenville to see a B-52 airplane crash (in 1963) and where 6 out of 8 crew members died.
